At Babagabra, we aim to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchases. If you’re not completely happy with your item, we offer a return policy that provides flexibility. Please read below for the full details:
Return Eligibility:

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot cover these fees.
Non-Refundable Items:

Custom or personalised items are not eligible for a return or refund unless there is a defect in the product.

Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after receipt cannot be returned.
Return Process:

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to ship your item.

After the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email about your refund status.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund in these cases.
Late or Missing Refunds:
